ITM was introduced to FOSS by The Argon Company in 2004 and since we had very little expertise at that time, we asked them to be our consultant to implement a mail server and LTSP server based thin client environment, completely using FOSS. It was their hand holding that helped us gain confidence and replace more of our software with FOSS, so much so, that today our network if fully powered only by FOSS. Their initial support and training were indeed a turning point for us.
